About Ultra Filtration System
An "UF plant" is
an
ultrafiltration plant, a water filtration system that uses a semipermeable membrane to remove suspended solids, bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants from water. This process forces water through a membrane with microscopic pores, allowing water molecules to pass through while retaining larger impurities, which are then flushed away. UF plants are used for various applications, including pre-treatment for other purification methods like reverse osmosis, producing high-quality drinking water, and in industrial processes like the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries.
