What are pre-coated sheets?

The galvanized sheet is given multiple layers of organic coatings in a coil coating line with a polyester top coat & back coat

Other paints such as SMP or PVDF are also available
  
Profiling of sheets

The Pre painted sheet is then profiled to impart rigidity.

The profile gives the sheet much more strength than ordinary corrugated sheets

Fasteners

Self drilling and self tapping fasteners are used to ensure a secure and a leak proof roof

The washers too are EPDM (ethylene propylene-diene-monomer) metal bonded washers to prevent cracking due to weathering
  
To ensure correct torque, a screw gun is provided.

It can be set for depth or the torque, whichever is desired

This eliminates over or under tightening and adds to the life of the roof
